What happens if I don't receive my order?

We will inform you when your order has been dispatched to give you an idea of when it should be received. If it is not received within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you. If it is lost then your order will be replaced, or refunded if a replacement is not possible.

How do I return my purchase?

If you are not happy with your order and wish to return it please see our returns policy and contact us for more details.

Why can't I buy more than 10 items?

Customers can only buy up to 10 of each product through our site. If you wish to buy more than 10 we urge you to contact us because we will be able to offer discounts on these larger orders.

I want more than the Available Quantity

We only allow our customers to purchase what we have in stock through griptape.co.uk. However, if you would like more than the available quantity we would ask you to contact us because we can order in what is required.

Skate Solutions Ltd is the result of 7 years in the skateboarding industry. We are a team of skaters who have links with most aspects of the industry, from retail to skatepark construction. Griptape.co.uk is our first website, but we have many more planned for the near future. Check out our about us page for more information.

What do Skate Solutions do with personal details?

Skate Solutions Ltd will treat all personal details in line with the Data Protection Act. We do not have access to your financial information as this is processed by PayPal, but details we do have access to, for example your name, address and phone number, are kept securely and never distributed to third parties. We will not contact you other than necessary to complete the transaction, unless you have subscribed to our newsletter or given us permission to contact you regarding our latest offers.

Why can I only order up to 10 of each item?

We currently limit orders to quantities of 10 per item. If you are looking to order in bulk (orders over 10) then contact us directly because in many cases we can offer you a discount.
